The Accredo Excellence Award recognises accredited institutions and educators whose inspection evidence demonstrates outstanding practice — commendable grades, measurable improvement, and contribution to the wider education community.

How the award is decided

Unlike pay-to-enter industry awards, the Excellence Award is grounded in inspection evidence: commendable gradings against the Accredo Standards, documented year-on-year improvement through monitoring, and contribution to the member network — speaking at webinars, mentoring candidate institutions, sharing practice. Categories cover institutions by type, individual educators, and sustainability and continuity.

Recognition in practice

Award recipients are announced at the annual conference, listed publicly, and receive the award mark for their communications. Recent recognitions include awards presented at Accredo's conference events.
